In order to process a service request, please email us with your receipt and contact information. We are able to service it for free anytime under the one year warranty period, after that, there will be a $45 service fee (plus tax if in the state of California). We will process your information and warranty/check payment and we will issue you an RMA number that will be the confirmation of your heater service. When sending in the unit, please remember to only send in the main burner unit. Make sure to include the hose and regulator when sending in the burner unit.If you are paying for service, make sure to include the check within the box or call us to order with credit card.

IMPORTANT: USE YOUR INVOICE NUMBER AS RMA. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE RMA NUMBER ON THE BOX, WE WILL NOT KNOW WHO THE HEATER CAME FROM AND IT WILL BE SUBJECT TO RECYCLING. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SERVICE THE HEATER WITHOUT AN RMA, MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE IT IN THE BOX WHEN SENDING IT IN FOR SERVICE.
